In fashion terms, hats are a very noticeable accessory because the onlooker’s attention is first drawn to the face. A hat is the most visible fashion item anyone can wear and its popularity has been around since man wore animal skins on their heads for environmental and other reasons. We were told to wear hats from earlier on in our lives by our mothers, snow hats, rain hats, sun hats and for some of us who love hats and wearing them this season hats are just as popular as always or possibly more so then ever before due to today environmental hazards sun. In the Edwardian age it did not matter if you were poor or rich, old or a child, whatever the status a person wore a hat, only beggars went bareheaded.A hat is also a fashion statement and it can add fun to an outfit, class or simply be practical in different weather. And today the hat manufacturing has become one of the most affluent industries in fashion, with a vast selection of beautiful shapes and materials that make anyone look fabulous and protected.
