Summer Feet Care

Its summer and outcome the sandals, and we all have probably neglected our poor feet during the winter months we may even have cracked heels which is one of the most common beauty problems caused by drying of skin. And the desire to wear attractive foot wear will remain just that until we get our beloved pedicures. Cracked heels can be very painful, they can crack and bleed and something that most of us don’t know is we can also get infections; feet are not the cleanest part of our body so you should always use pumice stone bars to remove thick dead skin of heels and salt baths are the first essential to soften up the skin as well as remove any kind of fungus that could be lurking around, a natural antiseptic.
Solution; soaking feet first in salty water also promotes circulation to your feet up to your ankles; then with any cream you use drop a little coconut oil or one of my favourite’s peppermint oil which is a natural antiseptic and soothes tired feet. Invest in foot creams that have natural oils and every time you come out of the shower apply the cream on your heels and feet. Feet are sexy and beautiful when they are manicured, and along with a great pair of sandals they can be too many an erogenous zone. So ladies and gents start booking your pedicures and keep it up at home, your feet will love you.
